Francely provides administrative assistance services relating to immigration and relocation in France. The information and services offered on this site are provided for guidance only and do not constitute legal, tax or financial advice. Francely cannot be held liable for decisions taken by users on the basis of the information available on the site, or for decisions taken by users on the basis of information provided by partners who are not employees of Francely.
5.2 Accuracy of information
Francely endeavours to ensure that the information published on this site is accurate and kept up to date. However, Francely cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of the information made available on this site, in particular owing to the frequent changes in French legislation concerning immigration and residence law.
5.3 Outcome of procedures
Francely cannot guarantee a favourable outcome for the administrative procedures carried out on behalf of its clients, as these fall within the sovereign decisions of the competent authorities (prefectures, CPAM, OFII, etc.).
5.4 Availability of the site
Francely cannot be held liable in the event of any interruption of the site, the occurrence of bugs, or the unavailability of the site for any reason whatsoever, in particular during maintenance operations.

Prospect data is retained for 3 years from the last point of contact. The data of active clients is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for 5 years for the purpose of legal archiving.
6.6 Recipients of the data
The personal data collected is intended exclusively for Francely and is not transferred, sold or rented to third parties. It may, however, be shared with partner service providers (sworn translators, estate agencies, lawyers) strictly within the scope of performing the requested service, subject to the client's prior agreement and the signing of a service contract.
6.7 Users' rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the following rights:

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute relating to the use of the site www.francely.fr, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of Montpellier, save where otherwise provided by law.
In the event of a dispute with a consumer client, and in accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the client may have recourse, free of charge, to a consumer mediator. Francely will provide the contact details of the competent mediator upon request sent to admin@francely.fr.
