Our expertise

Our team brings together immigration experts (10+ years of immigration work with individuals and companies in France), labour lawyers, relocation specialists, and project managers. Some of us are French who lived abroad and came back, we know France inside out, and we know what it feels like not to. Others are foreigners who made France their home years ago. All of us have been through expatriation and understand it.

What drives us

At Francely, we know what it feels like to be lost in a new country, overwhelmed by everything you need to figure out, and to struggle with a language that isn't yours. Francely was born from that experience. We built the support we wished we'd had.

The people behind Francely

Founder & Managing Director

Justine

Justine spent over a decade living and working abroad in the humanitarian sector, building her career navigating some of the world's most complex environments, supporting vulnerable communities, coordinating operations and managing teams. Working in humanitarian crisis zones, like Myanmar, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, and Yemen, teaches you one thing: no system is too complicated to figure out, and no situation is too messy to manage.

When she decided to return to France to welcome her baby boy and be closer to family, she discovered that coming home after so many years could be just as complicated as moving abroad. Social security to rebuild from scratch, no French pay slips to show landlords, administrative processes and hurdles at every turn.

But she figured it out, and also saw clearly how overwhelming it must be for someone navigating the same maze. Justine built Francely as the one-stop shop she wished had existed, combining expert knowledge with genuine human empathy.

With a background in project management and international operations, Justine brings the full force of her expertise to every client relationship. Nothing falls through the cracks. Every step is anticipated. Follow-ups happen before you even think to ask.

Because when you are starting a new life in a new country, you deserve someone in your corner who actually gets things done. Justine founded Francely around one simple conviction: that moving to France should be an exciting beginning, not a bureaucratic battle.

Immigration Specialist

André

André arrived in France from Mexico in 2012, as a student. He then simply fell in love with France and never left. Like many expats, his early years in France meant navigating the complicated immigration process, administrative processes, and life in general in a language he was still learning.

More than a decade later, André made immigration his career. He is now a professional immigration specialist leading corporate immigration and guiding hundreds of foreign nationals through the French immigration system. André eventually obtained French nationality himself, completing a journey he now helps others navigate every day.

What sets André apart is that he has lived every stage of the process he now manages professionally. He knows not just the regulations, but the reality behind them. When he helps a client, he brings both technical expertise and the kind of empathy that only comes from personal experience.

Labour Lawyer

Laura

Laura is a qualified lawyer practicing French employment law and social security law. Alongside her own practice, Laura works at a leading Parisian law firm, where she represents employees. Laura's path to becoming a lawyer in France is anything but conventional!

Before that, she worked for several years in the humanitarian sector, living in Iraq, Nigeria, the Central African Republic, and Libya. These experiences shaped her commitment to human rights, the rights of both local and expatriate workers, and her ability to work effectively in an intercultural context and under pressure.

When she decided to return to France to practice law and welcome her daughter, Laura faced a challenge common to many long-term expatriates: reintegrating into French society after more than ten years abroad means starting from scratch, both administratively and practically. This experience, along with her own as an expatriate, has given her a deep understanding of the challenges faced by foreigners when settling in France.

At Francely, Laura combines solid legal expertise with a deeply human, hands-on approach. She advises her clients on their rights as employees in France, reviews their employment contracts, and guides them through the complexities of French labor law with clarity, accessibility, and genuine support.

Finance & Business Development

Fouad

Fouad grew up between cultures, and movement has always been part of his story. Lebanese by origin, he spent years living and working internationally before France became home. A love story, literally, brought him here permanently in 2025.

But even arriving with a French partner, a strong professional background, and a clear sense of purpose, the reality of relocating in France hit hard. Immigration paperwork, administrative hurdles, relocation challenges: Fouad navigated it all firsthand. It gained him something valuable: a precise understanding of where people get stuck, and what they actually need.

A finance specialist with extensive experience in business development and strategy, Fouad brings the rigour and structure that turn a great idea into a lasting business. At Francely, he oversees the financial architecture and growth strategy, ensuring that the company is built not just with heart, but with the foundations to scale and serve clients with consistency and excellence.

His story is not unlike the clients Francely serves. That is exactly why he is here.
